Steve Carell on working with Cardi B and Billie Eilish

On Thursday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres ShowSteve Carell stopped by to talk about his super cool life, which at times involves working with Cardi B and Billie Eilish. Well, kind of work with them By declaring collaborating with musical artists, the 57-year-old actor dropped some real bombs about the depth of his ties to Cardi and Billie.

Although Steve and Cardi appeared together in the Pepsi Super Bowl ad in January, they did not film together, Guapo star revealed "It's a tragedy," he said. (Fortunately, that didn't stop her from saying Cardi's catchphrase "Okurrr" during the interview.)

He also worked with Billie, a passionate fan of The office - by far when the young singer has asked permission to use comedy dialogue in her song "My Strange Addiction". Although they didn't meet in person, Steve said that talking to Billie was valuable to him from his sons, Annie, 18, and John, 15. "It seems like cool people want to be associated with you, but not in the same room as you, "Ellen joked," watch Steve talk more about his 'distant association' with Cardi and Billie, and an offbeat reboot of The office - in the clip above!
