Tomino recipe baked with honey, hazelnuts and lavender

  • 500g thyme "fountain" with a white flower rind
  • 100 g of roasted hazelnuts
  • miel
  • lavender flowers

For the recipe Tomino cheese baked in the oven with honey, hazelnuts and lavender, wrap the tomino in greaseproof paper, place it on a baking tray and bake at 200 ° C for 25 minutes in static mode.
Prick thick hazelnuts.
Salt the oven tomino, remove foil and place cheese on serving platter.
Cut and remove the top cap of the tomino. Complete with hazelnuts, a few teaspoons of honey and lavender flowers (with the heat they will release their aroma).
Serve to enjoy with guttiau bread.
