To prepare the shell of this “breakfast” cake, crushed cornflakes with berries are suitable instead of muesli.
Ingredients
- G strawberries 650
- 200 g white chocolate
- 150 g crunchy muesli with red fruits
- 150 g of fresh panna
- 60 g of donkey
- 50 g of dry biscuits
- 50 g of sugar
- 40 g unsalted cashews

For the recipe of the baked muesli cake, mix the dry cookies with the chopped cashews and collect them in a bowl with the coarsely crushed muesli. Melt the butter and pour it into the bowl.
Anchor white chocolate in a bain-marie. Pour 150g into the bowl and mix until the ingredients combine into a paste of sorts.
Double Line a cake tin (ø 20 cm) with a low edge (about 2 cm) with baking paper.
Transfer Spread dough onto base and edges, pressing it into an even layer. Brush it with the rest of the white chocolate to "fix" it and waterproof it. Let sit in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
To do household chores strawberries, cut into small pieces and sauté them in a saucepan with the sugar for 5 minutes. Turn them off and let them cool completely, then place them on the cake.
Finished with whipped cream and decorated to taste with fresh strawberries and crumbled nuts.
