Cup cream recipe – Italian cuisine

The refrigerator does the longest work. You only have a few quick gestures for a dessert to serve as a snack or after dinner. Ours is lemon, but you can flavor it to your liking

  • 500g cream
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 8 g of gelatin
  • 2 lemons
  • shelled pistachios, jam and meringues to decorate

Duration: 20 minutes

Level: Easy

Dose: 5 people

for the recipe cream in the glass, soak the gelatin in ice water. Collect the cream in a saucepan with the sugar and the zest of 1 lemon in strips.
Bring Boil the cream, turn off, remove the zest, add the drained gelatin and mix.
Fragrant with the zest of the other lemon.
Pay the cream in the glasses. Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
finished with pistachios, jam and meringues.
