This delicious dish only needs 4 ingredients. Surprise, darling?

  • Mayonnaise – This is a Hellmann's recipe, but it won't be blasphemous if you use a different brand.
  • Parmesan – Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for best results. Pre-shredded store-bought cheese will not melt as well. It's so easy: just throw it in the food processor and you're good to go.
  • Chicken breast – I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts here, but the recipe works with thighs too. Just make sure they are all similar in size and thickness. Pound the meat flat if it is too thick.
  • seasoned breadcrumbs – If you don't have one on hand, just use regular breadcrumbs and season to your liking.

1. Prepare the oven and the chicken.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut the chicken breasts in half so they cook much faster.

Beat mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. If you want to add more seasonings, now is the time to do so.

Simply place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and fry for 5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
