Halsey, who released her third studio album, manicOn January 17, she wished her boyfriend a happy 33rd birthday with a sweet Instagram post. The caption read: "Happy birthday babe. I can't imagine a world without you." The black and white photos she shared, which she can preview, appear to be taken photo booth style.
