Jon's Brothers Ab Sucker Workout Is Too Good


One of the highlights of 2019 was the return of mid-2000s Disney boy group the Jonas Brothers. It was one of those defining moments: we'll all remember what we were doing when the Jonas Brothers came together. Well, after thinking about it, I don't really remember what I was doing when the Jonas Brothers reunited, but I do remember adding their single "Sucker" to my workout playlist instantly. (I mean, how could you not?)

One of our favorite YouTubers, Maddie Lymburner, went further. She put on a full ab routine for the single, and we waited for it. Fortunately, the choreography is very fun and precise, because this routine starts quickly and never stops. The amount of double leg raises makes me cringe. You can play this song at half speed and still sweat, so big kudos to Maddie for crossing it and making it easier!
