Champagne and pomegranate

The pomegranate, as we know, is the quintessential Christmas fruit, besides being very good and also perfect to accompany toasted sauces. This time, however, we will use it for our welcome drink. Take a pomegranate, extract the grains, squeeze a large part of it with a potato masher and filter the juice obtained through a very tight mesh strainer to avoid any seeds remaining. Pour three quarters of champagne and one quarter of pomegranate juice into the glass, add some whole seeds, dip the rim of the glass with water and sprinkle with sugar and serve.

Sparkling wine and white vermouth

A very fresh and delicate combination. Pour three parts white vermouth, two parts lemon syrup into the glasses and top with Spumante Brut. Garnish the appetizer with lemon zest, an ice cube and serve.

Campari, sparkling wine and blood orange

A classic but always welcome. Cut half an orange into quarters, remove the skin from each quarter and place one in the bottom of the glass. Squeeze the remaining half of the orange and mix the filtered juice with three parts of Spumante and one part of Campari. Pour into glasses, add ice to taste, and serve.

Limoncello and Vodka

Fresher flavors for this lemon-based appetizer. Take one possibly untreated, squeeze half and place the juice in a shaker with three parts Vodka and one part Limoncello. Shake well, filter the juice obtained, pour it into glasses and add some mint leaves to cool for half an hour in the freezer. Serve very cold.

Gin and maraschino

This aperitif has a thousand-year history: it was created during the First World War, in honor of the English pilots. It is prepared by mixing 4 parts of Gin, a part and a half of Maraschino and a part and a half of lime juice. Shake all the ingredients well with a few ice cubes and serve.

Vermouth rosso

For this appetizer, use red vermouth, which you will mix with the squeezed and filtered mandarin juice and the wiskhey. Pour the liquid into the bowls decorated with spiral cut mandarin zest, add ice cubes and serve cold.

Orange and cognac

Quick and easy to prepare, this aperitif is prepared with 5 parts of Gin, 3 of Brandy and two of filtered orange juice. Combine all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker, pour directly into the bowls and garnish with the peeled orange slices.

Lime and gin

More orange juice to make this quick and easy appetizer. Add to this lime juice, a part of Geneva, a part of tequila, a pinch of salt and mix well. Pour into bowls, add ice cubes, and garnish with pitted olives.

Pineapple and Champagne

An irresistible appetizer for everyone: take a very ripe and fragrant pineapple, cut it into slices and squeeze one for each cup. Add Champagne, decorate with pineapple wedges that you squeeze around the rim of the glass and… Let's move on to the toast.

Non-alcoholic? Avocado juice, for the little ones or for those who do not like alcohol

Peel and chop an avocado. Put it in a blender with 4 basil leaves, a glass of milk and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix and pour your non-alcoholic aperitif into glasses. Garnish with ice cream and avocado cubes and serve.
